Yes! Unused credits roll over to the next month as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, remaining credits stay available until the end of your billing period.

You can upgrade your plan at any time. The upgrade creates a new subscription and you will be charged the full amount of the new plan immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Instead of entering a domain, you can describe the type of company you are looking for in plain English — for example "cloud-based HR software for mid-size companies". Our AI converts your description into a search query and finds matching companies.

Upload a CSV of domains you want to exclude (e.g. existing customers, competitors) and they will be filtered out from your search results automatically. Available on Premium and Pro plans.

Due to the nature of our business and the digital services provided, all purchases are non-refundable. Once credits are purchased or a subscription is activated, refunds cannot be issued. We recommend trying our Starter plan before upgrading to ensure FindAlike meets your needs.
