1. Cancellation Policy
As a subscriber to FindAlike's services, you have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what you need to know:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team.
- Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in the billing cycle.
- After cancellation, your subscription will not renew for the next billing period.
- Any data associated with your account may be deleted after a certain period following cancellation, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
2. Refund Policy
FindAlike is committed to customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our digital services, we have a limited refund policy:
- We do not offer refunds for partial use of our services within a billing cycle.
- In exceptional circumstances, such as extended service outages or significant errors on our part, we may offer refunds at our discretion.
- If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our customer support team with details of your claim within 14 days of the charge.
- All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
3. Trial Period
If FindAlike offers a free trial period:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period without incurring any charges.
- If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, you will be automatically enrolled in the paid subscription plan.
- No refunds will be provided for the first subscription charge after a free trial.
4. Changes to Subscription
If you wish to change your subscription plan:
- Upgrades to a higher-tier plan will be effective immediately, with a prorated charge for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
- Downgrades to a lower-tier plan will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
